Allahabad Chitrakoot Tour

upon your arrival in Allahabd you will be greeted by our tour representative who will transfer you to your alloted hotel. After freshening up, you will be made to proceed for a spiritual darshan at Triveni Sangam – this holy spot is the confluence point of 3 Holy Rivers – Ganga, Yamuna and the mythical Saraswati. After completing a Holy dip & pooja rituals, you will be taken on a half-day sightseeing tour of the city, where you will be visiting some of the most famous tourist spots here including – Allahabad Fort, Allahabad Museum, Anand Bhawan and the Swaraj Bhawan. After this you will be assisted back to your hotel at Allahabad for and overnight stay.
Day :2- Allahabad – Chitrakoot- Allahabad (130 Kms/3 Hrs)Early in the morning after having breakfast you will be transferred to Chitrakoot which is located at a road journey distance of 3 hours and 40 mins. As per Hindu Mythology Lord Rama, Sita and Lakshmana are said to have spent eleven and half years out of their fourteen years of exile here. Here you will be made to visit Ramghat, Kamadgiri, Bharat Milap, Janaki Kund, etc which are some of the prime tourist destinations here. Post darsan you will be made to return back to Allahabad for an overnight stay.
Day: 3 - Allahabad – Ayodhya (167 Kms / 4 Hrs)After breakfast you will be driven to Ayodhya – the birthplace of Lord Rama. Upon your arrival in Ayodhya you will be made to visit Rama Janmbhumi – the birth place of lord Rama and a prime tourist location, later on you will be made to visit other important must-visit sites in Ayodhya like Hanuman Gadhi , Dasharath Bhavan and Kanak Bhavan. As evening time draws closer you will be made to visit Saryu River for a holy dip in the clear turquoise water – bathing in these water is supposed to destory all the sins.You will then be headed back to your allotted hotel in Ayodhya / Faizabad for an overnight stay.
Day: 4 - Ayodhya – Lucknow ( 145 Kms / 4 Hrs)After breakfast you will be driven to the charming city of Lucknow, upon arriving at Lucknow you will be immediately checked into your alloted hotel. After freshening up, later on, you will be made to proceed for a sightseeing tour of Lucknow which will include some of the most iconic tourist locations like Bara Imambara and Chhota Imambara – Both are imposing monuments with great historical significance. Later on in the evening you will be free to shop for some one-of-a-kind souvenirs or go on shopping spree. You will finally be made to head back to your hotel for an overnight stay.
Day: 5 Lucknow – Naimisaranya – Lucknow -95 Kms. One WayPost breakfast you will be driven to Naimisaranya or Neemsar which is situated on the banks of the holy River Gomti, a tributary of river Ganges, and a dip in this river Gomti at this exact spot is considered to be a very sacred ritual. You will then be taken for a brief sightseeing tour in Lucknow to place like – Chakra Theerth – which is a part of Naimisharanya, Vyaas Gaddi – the seat of Ved Vyas, Hanumaan Gaddi and Pandav Kila. After a complete sightseeing tour of the city you will be later driven back to Lucknow for an overnight stay. Here your Allahabad, Ayodhya, Varanasi, Gaya Tour ends.
Day: 6 - : Lucknow – Varanasi(320 Kms / 6 Hrs)Early in the morning post breakfast you will be driven to one of the oldest living cities in the world, Varanasi. Upon arrival you will be immediately checked into your allotted hotel where you will be spending the night. Later on you will be made to visit some of the most widely acclaimed temples in Varanasi like Durga Mandir, Mana Mandir, Sankat Mochan Mandir & Birla Mandir. In the evening you will be taken for a holy Ganga Aarti at Dasaswamedh Ghat.
Day: 7 - Varanasi – Bodhgaya (250kms/5hrs)Early in the morning you will be taken on joyful Sunrise Boat Cruise from where you will be able explore the beautifully vibrant Ghats of River Ganga. The holy city of Varanasi can be best explored by a walk through the narrow streets of Old Banaras where you will be able to visit Old Vishwanath Temple (Golden Temple) & Shree Kashi Vishvnath Mandir. In the afternoon you will depart to Bodhgaya en route a visit to the iconic structure of Banras Hindu University. Upon arrival at Bodhgaya you will be immediately checked in to your hotel for and overnight stay
Day: 8 - Bodhgaya – Gaya – Varanasi(12kms+250kms /7hrs)After having a wholesome breakfast in the morning you will be made to visit one of the most famous and extremely highly revered temples for Hindus as well as Buddhists – Mahabodhi Temple, which is also a crucial pillar of the Buddhist pilgrimage circuits. You will then be taken for a sightseeing tour to some other important Buddhist attractions. Later on you will be made to Proceed toward Gaya (14 kms.), where you will be made to see Vishnu Temples, Phalguna River & perform important rituals (pinda) which are dedicated for your ancestors. By afternoon you will be made to transfer to Varanasi Railway Station or Bodh Gaya Railway station for your onward journey. This will mark the end of your journey with us.
